Hospice Hero
In honor of National Social Work Month, Islands Hospice is spotlighting a few of our dedicated social workers. Social workers are hospice heroes who provide compassionate care and support to our patients and their families during some of life’s most challenging moments. Hospice social workers help ‘ohana understand treatment plans, coordinate services, and assist with planning, and share financial, spiritual, or emotional resources that are available to families.
